We operate bio-ethanol storage solutions in the greater ARA region; Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Ghent. All terminals combined, makes us the largest in fuel-ethanol storage in Northwestern Europe.
With our dedication and years of experience in storing bio-ethanol at multiple locations, we have built an infrastructure portfolio that allows us to offer a wide range of value-added services specific to the bio-ethanol storage market. From breaking bulk to making bulk. With our market-leading infrastructure, we help both producers and traders differentiate themselves through performance in the competitive bio-ethanol market. We are open to develop and invest new bio-ethanol storage solutions in long term partnerships.
One-stop-shop with dedicated expertise and excellent infrastructure
The key hub in our bio-ethanol storage portfolio is our Rotterdam terminal, with tank capacities between 10,000 – 12,500 m3 and deep-water access. With connectivity to all transport modes (vessel, barge, truck, rail, pipeline; both in- and outbound) this terminal is perfectly positioned for all distribution needs. With tank-to-tank trading opportunities to a large pool of market actors, Rotterdam is thé hub for bio-ethanol storage in ARA. All our terminals feature in-house customs support for import/export declarations and eAD (electronic excise document) administration.
Efficient denaturing solutions, both in-line and in-tank
Depending on the end-market, denaturing ethanol can be of tremendous added value. By offering in-line denaturing using EN228 gasoline at its Rotterdam terminal, we enable an efficient operation that does not require segregated blend tankage. For larger cargoes, in-tank denaturing is possible at our Amsterdam terminal. Ghent operates an in-line blending facility for denaturing trucks for industrial and pharma-grade ethanol.
Import terminal with Gasoline blending
The extensive gasoline storage network at our Amsterdam terminal, presents excellent opportunities for tank-to-tank blending of E10. Blenders looking to get an all-in-one operation, or traders looking to sell in-tank to a number of gasoline customers are in the right place at Amsterdam. Operating larger ethanol tanks up to 25,000 m3 in size, our Amsterdam terminal is well equipped to facilitate large import cargoes and breaking bulk
